These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HappyPlay platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services available at happyplay.best. 3. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active HappyPlay account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details promptly if they change. HappyPlay is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information you provide.
Account Security

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one banking day for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. HappyPlay reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing funds.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, HappyPlay's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
HappyPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures.
11. Account Termination
HappyPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to bonus terms) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
12. Changes to These Terms
HappyPlay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
